Work from home Full-time role Hiring

We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. Position Summary We're hiring a Product Manager to own delivery of analytics products within Caremark's sales and underwriting portfolio — partnering with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ship tools that get adopted, not just demoed.

What You'll Do

You'll own the roadmap, requirements, and end-to-end delivery for one or more analytics products serving sales and underwriting teams. You'll write clear, technically informed requirements that data science and engineering can execute against without ambiguity. You'll set and track KPIs, manage prioritization across competing requests, synthesize stakeholder feedback into product direction, and ship incrementally — measuring outcomes and iterating. You'll bridge technical teams and business leaders across sales, underwriting, finance, and risk. What You'll Bring - 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning analytics, data, BI, or ML/AI products - Strong technology and analytics foundation — ideally grown into product from a quantitative or technical role - Hands-on enough to read API docs, challenge technical trade-offs, and pull your own data in SQL when you need to - Working understanding of the ML/AI lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring) — enough to define realistic success metrics and to push back when AI isn't the right answer - Track record shipping data or analytics products that business users adopted, with measurable outcomes - Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments - Manages competing priorities across executives, engineers, and business users without losing trust or momentum Preferred Qualifications - Experience shipping analytics, AI, ML, or data products in healthcare, PBM, insurance, or financial services - Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, Azure, AWS) and modern tools & frameworks (Streamlit, Distributed processing, inference) - Familiarity with regulatory and compliance constraints on analytics product decisions (HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar) - MBA or equivalent advanced degree Education Bachelor's degree required, ideally in a quantitative, technical, or business field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future. Our teams reflect the customers, patients, members and communities we serve and we are committed to fostering a workplace where every colleague feels valued and that they belong.
