Senior Site Payments Specialist - FS

What You'll Be Doing: Understand and manage the life cycle of clinical site payment administration from protocol schedule of activities, database build through to payment execution Assess EDC design and data collection to ensure accurate and complete mapping to budget construct and timely payment triggering Ability to make decisions on processes that involve a high degree of complexity and interdependencies (e.g., site relationships, budgets and contracts, regulatory requirements, language, tax, currency, etc.) Ensure appropriate contracts, work orders and funding are in place to execute site payments Support Audit activities related to investigator payments including data requests from internal audit, responding to queries and developing remediation plans for any findings Liaises with the sponsor as needed to resolve issues that cannot be resolved within the organization What We Are Searching For: Bachelor’s degree, or international equivalent from an accredited institution, preferably in a finance, technical, clinical, or health-related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience 3 to 5 years of practical experience in global site finance activities and/or clinical trial finance including hands-on experience writing, interpreting, or reviewing payment terms in global Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs). Alternately, must have proven experience in all primary job functions Strong analytical and organization skills, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Demonstrates excellent English verbal and written communication skills and strong Excel skills Proven ability to drive a successful customer experience through positive customer interactions, provision of quality and timely deliverables, and task ownership Previous project management experience preferred Apply To This Job
