Job Type: Regular Work Location: Remote - OK - CST Overview: 2020 Companies is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in a part-time, remote role. This seasonal position is set to run through September 8th, with the possibility of expanding based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with Team Leads, Internal Rep Teams, and our corporate team to schedule daily work for our Representatives, monitor staffing gaps, and ensure seamless scheduling. In this role, you'll maintain a smooth workflow, ensure shifts are covered, and support the team’s operational needs. Additionally, you will help monitor key hiring areas and identify scheduling gaps to ensure optimal coverage. Job Type: Seasonal Part-Time (20-25 hours per week) until September 8th, with potential to extend Shifts Available: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM EST Why Join Us? Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily scheduling of reps in collaboration with Team Leads and other internal teams Use software tools such as Dial Pad, SalesForce, Workday, and Microsoft Office to manage and update schedules Ensure accurate and timely communication with reps regarding their daily assignments and any schedule changes Monitor key hiring areas and identify gaps in scheduling to ensure optimal staffing and coverage Proactively address any scheduling conflicts or gaps to ensure no disruption to workflow Maintain a high level of organization to cover all shifts and responsibilities as needed Provide administrative support related to rep scheduling and workflow adjustments Assist with reporting and updating scheduling-related data as required Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge and comfort with various software tools (Dial Pad, SalesForce, Workday, Microsoft Office Suite) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach Previous experience in scheduling or administrative support is a plus but not required Job Requirements: Ability to work from home and manage work independently 20-25 hours per week, strictly adhering to the scheduled shift hours Ability to monitor and adjust schedules based on staffing gaps and key hiring areas What You Can Expect From 2020 Companies We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
