Job Description

El Asistente Administrativo de Operaciones brinda apoyo al Administrador de Operaciones y Cumplimiento en la implementación de procesos de proyectos de clientes. También colabora con el Gerente de Operaciones y Recursos en la gestión del Manual del Sistema de Gestión (MSM), acreditaciones y otros sistemas y procesos operativos. Su función principal es apoyar la organización, seguimiento y actualización de procesos administrativos y operativos para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del área de operaciones.

Qualifications

Diploma de escuela secundaria requerido; deseable título de grado asociado en Administración. Mínimo dos años de experiencia relacionada o formación en tareas administrativas, preferentemente en modalidad remota. Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Windows y Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote y Teams). Manejo de herramientas de videoconferencia como Microsoft Teams, Zoom y Google Meet. Conocimiento o experiencia en el uso de bases de datos, preferiblemente Kintone. Alta velocidad y precisión en mecanografía y procesamiento de documentos. Persona organizada, con atención al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en entornos digitales. Idiomas: Inglés B2+ Apply To This Job
