Risk Analyst – Vendor Management

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: New Jersey (USA) Our Client, a HVAC and Refrigeration Organization company, is looking for a Risk Analyst – Vendor Management for their Remote Duration: 8 Months location. Responsibilities:

  • Execute vendor onboarding and maintenance activities using predefined processes.
  • Work with internal business teams to gather vendor information.
  • Coordinate directly with vendors to collect required documentation.
  • Support vendor assessments including questionnaires, SOC reports, and penetration test artifacts.
  • Track progress and follow up on outstanding vendor requirements.
  • Assist with contract extensions by managing submission and processing workflows.
  • Validate and process vendor invoices on a recurring basis

Requirements:

  • Experience in vendor management, third party risk, or operational risk roles.
  • Basic understanding of SOC reports and penetration testing concepts.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized with process driven mindset
