Responsibilities

  • Oversee office infrastructure including facilities, logistics, and vendor management
  • Coordinate setup and maintenance of onsite IT systems, networks, and AV equipment
  • Manage vendor relationships including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring
  • Handle security systems, access control, and onsite operational protocols
  • Enable seamless hybrid collaboration through optimized conference and AV setups
  • Manage logistics including deliveries, inventory, and supply chain operations
  • Support operational continuity through incident response and preparedness planning

Skills

  • Strong experience in office operations, facilities, or logistics management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical understanding of IT setup, networks, and troubleshooting basics
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple systems
  • Experience with vendor management and operational workflows
  • Familiarity with security systems and hybrid workplace environments
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote setup with occasional onsite coordination
