Qualifications & Experience:
- Active RN license, valid in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
- Implement and evaluate individual care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately
