Overview
We’re hiring a Frontend Tech Lead to own and evolve our eCommerce frontend. You’ll lead architecture, drive best practices, and mentor developers while staying hands-on. Our stack is a custom React-based storefront on SAP Commerce (Hybris), and we’re moving toward a composable architecture with a headless CMS What You’ll Do · Own frontend architecture and technical direction · Lead development of scalable, maintainable React applications · Drive best practices across code quality, testing, and performance · Own frontend quality: performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and Core Web Vitals · Mentor developers and lead code reviews · Work closely with product, UX, and backend teams What We’re Looking For · 5+ years React experience (React 18+, hooks, modern state management) · Strong TypeScript and experience building scalable, high-performance frontend apps · Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Storyblok, Contentstack, etc.) · Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture (SPA, SSR, API-driven) · Experience leading projects or acting as a frontend tech lead Nice to Have · Experience with SAP Commerce (Hybris) and OCC APIs · eCommerce experience (B2B or B2C) · Experience with Next.js or similar React meta-frameworks (SSR, App Router) · Familiarity with performance, SEO, and accessibility best practices Why Join · Shape a modern composable eCommerce platform · Influence key architecture decisions (CMS, frontend stack) · High-impact role with real ownership · Collaborative team, strong growth opportunity Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
