Prompt Engineering Specialist for AI Agents in Brazilian Fintech
We are seeking a Prompt Engineering Specialist to enhance our AI agents for a Brazilian fintech startup. Your expertise will help us refine user interactions, ensuring our AI agents meet user needs while aligning with fintech regulations and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design prompts that drive effective communication and responses in financial and logistics contexts. Architect multi-step conversational flows, including fallback logic and escalation to human support. Structure knowledge bases for RAG workflows, including chunking, embeddings, and contextual tagging. Evaluate agent outputs to improve accuracy, tone adherence, and overall user experience. Mandatory Requirements Impeccable written Portuguese for designing natural, audience-appropriate conversations. Proven experience in AI development, conversational design, and production-level LLM prompt engineering. Hands-on experience with n8n, WhatsApp Meta API, Instantly, and Confluence/Jira.
