Video Editor, AI Focus
Job Description:
- Build and optimize an AI-heavy VSL production workflow from end to end.
- Transform a long, manual video creation process into a modular, rapid sprint.
- Edit and assemble VSLs using AI-generated video, voiceovers, and assets.
- Design reusable templates and systems for fast VSL iteration and scaling.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to align videos with conversion goals.
- Continuously test, document, and improve AI-based video processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience editing VSLs or direct-response marketing videos.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and conversion-focused content.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation and AI voiceover tools.
- Ability to think in systems, workflows, and modular processes.
- High level of autonomy, focus, and comfort working independently.
- Availability for a full-time commitment.
- Background as a video editor, video engineer, or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify and automate complex production workflows.
- Analytical and structured mindset, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working with evolving tools, experiments, and rapid iteration.
