This role is responsible for building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping convert prospects into booked demos and signed clients through conferences, site visits, webinars, and strategic outreach. This is a growth-facing, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is confident engaging decision-makers Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Lead Generation Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events Engage healthcare owners, operators, and decision-makers Generate and qualify leads, converting them into scheduled demos Conduct outreach before and after events to build pipeline 2. Relationship Building Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations and partners Conduct site visits and in-person meetings as needed Position ABS as a long-term strategic partner 3. Webinars, Demos & Events Support and coordinate webinars, lunch & learns, and educational sessions Drive attendance and engagement Convert attendees into qualified opportunities 4. Pipeline Management & Follow-Through Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records Execute consistent and timely follow-up Ensure opportunities move forward and do not stall Ideal Candidate Profile: We are looking for someone who is: Highly proactive and self-driven Confident initiating conversations with new people Strong in relationship-building and communication Results-oriented with a sense of urgency Comfortable in unstructured environments Persistent, resilient, and disciplined in follow-up This is an urgent hiring need. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in the following are strongly preferred: Home Care or Home Health Physician or Medical Office environments Healthcare staffing or recruiting DME (Durable Medical Equipment) Pharmaceutical or medical sales Qualifications: 2+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles Strong communication and presentation skills Experience with networking, events, or outreach preferred Organized with strong follow-up discipline Comfortable using CRM systems Willingness to travel as needed Success Metrics: Qualified leads generated Demos booked Event-to-demo conversion rate Pipeline progression Contribution to signed clients and revenue growth
