Competitive Analysis: Run rigorous, cold, and calculated breakdowns of competitor ecosystems, analyzing their product mechanics, token structures, and defensive moats. Investment Support: Build clear, data-backed synthesis memos, financial models, and strategic investment materials to streamline internal deployment decisions. Portfolio Operations: Step into the trenches with active incubator projects, assisting our founders with everything from data dashboard tracking to launch orchestration.
