Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Inbound Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat interactions
  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide informed solutions
  • Meeting or exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

  • Experience in the technology or software industry
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, including customer segmentation and targeting
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
