Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Software Development Team Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of skilled software developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing the software development lifecycle: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborating with product managers: Work closely with product managers to define project requirements and specifications, ensuring that software solutions meet business needs and customer expectations.

Requirements
To be successful as a Full Stack Software Development Team Lead at arenaflex, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
- 5+ years of experience in software development: You will need a strong background in software development, with experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
