Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Portuguese and English. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Portuguese and English

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
  • Ensure customers have the best possible experience on our platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and productivity standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Experience providing customer support via inbound messages, with a focus on resolving technical issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Work Environment

* Work from home, with a dedicated laptop or desktop computer and stable broadband internet connection

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
