- Client Interaction
Conduct 1:1 discussions with clients Explain:
- Guidewire features
- Billing workflows
- System behavior
Gather business requirements Translate business needs into functional solutions This is highly client-facing.
- Defect Triage
Analyze production/UAT defects Identify
- Root cause
- Severity
- Business impact
Coordinate with developers/testing teams Prioritize fixes
- Impact Analysis
- Estimation Oversight
- UAT Support
Required Skills Mandatory Skills Strong experience in:
