Responsibilities
Notarize documents. Greet, direct, and assist customers at your home office. Prepare documents related to motor vehicle titles and registrations. Enter and retrieve information from computer systems, answer multi-line phone calls, and follow up with customers. Assist in daily cash out, shipping, and scanning motor vehicle records. Follow state regulations regarding vehicular transactions, including processing titles, issuing licenses, and accepting payments.
Qualifications
Notary Commission High school diploma At least one year of office experience Experience with banking, DMV, or automotive registration is advantageous Skills and Competencies Knowledge of state notarial procedures Proficiency with computers, databases, and spreadsheets Strong attention to detail Good communication skills, both oral and written Professional appearance and attitude Flexibility to multitask and prioritize Punctuality and good attendance Work Environment Home office setup with standard equipment and internet access. Compensation and Benefits
