Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mergers and Acquisitions Director. The individual in this role will evaluate, structure, and execute M&A opportunities and oversee the due diligence process. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing potential acquisition targets, conducting detailed financial analyses, and providing strategic recommendations for corporate growth. The role will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, financial, and operational teams, to ensure seamless transactions. The director will also monitor post-merger integration to achieve expected synergies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Analysis and Analytical Problem Solving
  • Proven experience in Due Diligence and Corporate Development
  • Expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively in a remote work environment
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience working in a corporate or financial advisory environment
  • Knowledge of market trends and regulatory environments related to M&A
