The Civil Litigation Attorney will manage all aspects of cases from inception to resolution, including: Legal research Drafting motions Preparing for trials Conducting depositions Additionally, the attorney will: Represent clients in court Advise on legal matters Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies We value work-life balance, and the position has significant flexibility for the right candidate.
