Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, online communication, and resolving routine problems and questions regarding client products and services. Responsibilities

As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Advising customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they have the best possible experience
  • Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in high-pressure situations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes
  • Passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence

Nice-to-Haves

* Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate)
