The Role: This remote, US-based opportunity sits at the intersection of client partnership, performance marketing, and product innovation. The Client Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertisers, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing satisfaction, and measurable success. Working cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams, this individual will play a key role in shaping client experiences while contributing to the evolution of internal processes and success strategies in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Lead onboarding and training to ensure effective platform adoption
  • Provide proactive support, identifying risks and opportunities within client accounts
  • Monitor performance metrics and engagement to drive growth and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance client outcomes
  • Gather and relay client feedback to inform product development
  • Educate clients on new features and best practices
  • Manage and resolve client inquiries with efficiency and professionalism

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Amazon Ads, retail media, or ad tech
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
