Job Summary
As a part-time Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group, focusing on the advancement of our paid media spend globally. You will work closely with marketing teams to identify ways of optimizing the efficiencies of our paid media spend and develop revealing and examinations to inform and drive decisions – and develop KPIs and scorecards to track progress/execution to drive an emphasis on results and execution. You will play a key role in supporting strategic direction by creating and disseminating custom insights and examinations which will illuminate our paid media strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities to surface data-driven key opportunities for the Chief Initiative group
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify ways of optimizing the efficiencies of our paid media spend
- Develop revealing and examinations to inform and drive decisions, including the creation of KPIs and scorecards to track progress/execution
- Play a key role in supporting strategic direction by creating and disseminating custom insights and examinations which will illuminate our paid media strategy
- Analyze data and develop insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing teams and business leaders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media examination and analytics
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or analytics
- 2+ years of experience in a paid media examination or analytics role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or analytics
- 5+ years of experience in a paid media examination or analytics role
- Experience working with marketing teams and business leaders to develop and implement paid media strategies
- Certification in a relevant field, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
- Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices in paid media examination and analytics
