- *Responsibilities**
• Create a monthly content calendar for Instagram + TikTok
- Concept and produce scroll-stopping content (video + static)
- Turn BodyCoat into a viral, cultural moment (not just a product)
- Write smart, witty captions
- Jump on trends fast - and make them feel uniquely flipd
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize what works
Engage daily
- Reply to comments + DMs
- Comment on relevant creators’ posts
- Participate in FB groups, Reddit threads, and beauty conversations
- Help build a community, not just a following
- *Qualifications**
• Deeply fluent in TikTok and IG culture
- Chronically online (in a good way)
- Equal parts creative + scrappy + strategic
- Someone who can turn a random idea into content fast
- Obsessed with beauty, trends, and internet behavior
- Not afraid to be bold, weird, or a little controversial
- Comfortable being on camera and directing content
