Fort Wayne Radiology (FWR) is an established, independent, physician-owned practice serving vibrant northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio for over 70 years currently comprised of approximately 30 radiologists. FWR serves Parkview Health Systems, one of the fastest-growing and successful healthcare networks in the Midwest. In a joint venture, we co-own the area’s state-of-the-art breast and PET imaging centers. Swing:

• Remote employed evening 4p-12a EST – 1099 may also be considered for this opportunity only
• 1 on 2 off, $500k
• 2 on 2 off, $700k

Overnight:

• Remote overnight 11p – 7a EST. 7 on 14 off. 1099 may also be considered for this opportunity only. $650k+ w/additional moonlighting available for added earning potential

On-site:

• On-site partner track $500k+, moonlighting, and distributions (currently $900k+)
• On-site employed breast/mammo only $700k+

Daytime Remote:

• Remote employees $625k+ moonlighting available for added earning potential

• 2-year partnership track with 12 weeks of vacation per year
