- Design structured career and learning scenarios with deterministic evaluation rubrics
- Create tasks involving resumes, interview preparation, and study planning
- Develop ATS-optimized resumes and tailored job application materials
- Build interview prep frameworks using structured methods such as STAR
- Design study plans based on timelines, constraints, and verifiable content
- Ensure all outputs are grounded in checkable, objective criteria
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs against defined rubrics and expected outcomes
Requirements
- Strong experience in career coaching, resume writing, tutoring, or instructional design
- Strong expertise in resume optimization, interview frameworks, or study planning
- Strong ability to create structured, verifiable evaluation criteria
- Strong written communication with step-by-step reasoning clarity
- Ability to work with career and learning artifacts such as resumes and study plans
