Licensed Loan Officer (Contract)
Description We are looking for an experienced & skilled Licensed Loan Officer to join Connect Loans on a contract basis. - Originate residential mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM product
- Manage client relationships from application to closing
- Advise borrowers on loan products that best fit their financial needs
- Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and closers to ensure smooth loan processing
- Optional: Attend networking events to build relationships and attract new clients
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Loan Officer certification
- Proven experience as a loan officer or mortgage originator
- Self-motivated with excellent communication and client service skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in remote environments
- Proficiency in loan origination software
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
