- National Broker; unlimited compensation.
- Positions in: WDC Metro, Baltimore, Richmond, Charlotte/Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, Miami/Tampa, South Carolina.
- National team of account management and underwriters with innovative expertise in all industries.
- Client can purchase your existing book at up to 2x revenue depending on the client composition, size, and composition.
- Client can acquire your existing account management team, if necessary.
- The opportunity to earn a $250k one-time bonus if $500k (revenues) is produced at the three year mark.
- The opportunity to earn a $1M one-time bonus if $1M revenues is produced at the three year mark.
- Significant income/commissions with large client segment being supported by subject matter experts.
- Work remotely or hybrid attached to a physical office.
- Revenue growth of 25% year over year.
- Guaranteed salary during first three years with 30/30 splits from Day One.
Background Preferred:
- A demonstrated track record of selling to commercial lines (P&C) decision-makers. Ability to cross-sell into EB and/or private client is a plus.
- Ideally we are seeking producers who currently have a book of $500k with five years of commercial lines sales experience. Salary is dependent on book of business - we have paid up to $500k for the right person.
