Field Marketing Lead – United States

Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketing Lead to own and scale Neural Concept’s U.S. field marketing motion in close partnership with Sales. Neural Concept is a category-defining Engineering Intelligence company, helping the world’s leading engineering teams design better products faster using AI purpose-built for engineering. This role sits at a pivotal moment in our U.S. expansion. As the first dedicated field marketing hire in the United States, you will build on an existing foundation of flagship events, strategic partnerships, and account priorities, with a clear mandate to rethink, expand, and evolve them into a more ambitious, scalable, and high-impact field marketing motion. You will design and execute field programs that accelerate enterprise pipeline, support complex sales cycles, and strengthen Neural Concept’s positioning with engineering leaders, executives, and partners across North America. Your work will directly shape how U.S. enterprise customers discover, engage with, and adopt Engineering Intelligence—and play a key role in defining how Neural Concept scales in its most strategic market.

What You Will Do

  • Design and execute the U.S. field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing priorities and U.S. sales objectives.
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account expansion for priority enterprise accounts.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact field programs, including:
  • Executive dinners and private roundtables
  • Flagship industry conferences and selective trade events
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) programs for top-tier accounts
  • Creative, targeted field experiments designed to reach senior engineering and business leaders
  • Co-create and execute joint field programs with strategic technology partners (e.g., NVIDIA, Microsoft)
  • Own programs end-to-end, from concept and budgeting to execution, follow-up, and measurement.
  • Track and report performance using pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact.
  • Act as the voice of the U.S. market, sharing field insights, customer feedback, and competitive signals with the broader marketing and leadership teams.

Who You Are Experience & Skills

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, revenue marketing, or demand generation in an enterprise or complex sales environment.
  • Proven track record of working tightly with Sales teams on pipeline-driven initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing executive-level events, ABM programs, and field activations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions and long sales cycles.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and measure programs independently, with high ownership.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, engineering software, or deep-tech environments.
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams.
  • Prior exposure to partner or ecosystem marketing.

Mindset & Soft Skills

  • Highly autonomous and structured, with strong execution discipline.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
  • Clear communicator with executive presence, both internally and externally.
  • Curious, pragmatic, and focused on business impact over vanity metrics.
