Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet the needs of our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering questions, and providing solutions to our clients' queries about their healthcare plans. Through your skills, knowledge, and passion for customer service, you'll make a real difference in the lives of our clients and help us achieve our mission of improving healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions to clients' queries about their healthcare plans, including medication coverage, mail-order services, and other related topics
  • Use your knowledge and skills to resolve client issues and concerns in a positive and empathetic way
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work from home (WFH) flexibility available for eligible candidates

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills in Windows-based applications
