Project Context We are expanding our infrastructure and platform engineering teams to support large-scale enterprise environments. This initiative requires robust cloud infrastructure management, execution of complex cloud migrations, and the integration of cutting-edge AI and agentic workflows into DevOps practices. Role Overview We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team across three specialized DevOps tracks. We are hiring for Production Support, Cloud Migration, and AI/MLOps roles. You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams to design, scale, and maintain secure and highly available cloud architectures. Open Positions & Qualifications Please review the three distinct roles below to see which best aligns with your experience. 1. DevOps Engineer (Production Support) Must Haves: 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Production Support. Solid understanding of Azure fundamentals (compute, networking, monitoring) and Kubernetes basics (AKS operations, logs, scaling). Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Grafana, etc.). Proven experience with incident management and escalation processes. Basic scripting capabilities (Bash, PowerShell, or Python). Nice to Haves: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts. Experience working in 24/7 or high-availability environments. Familiarity with ITIL or structured incident management frameworks. 2. DevOps Engineer - Cloud (Migration Focus) Must Haves: 7+ years of DevOps / Cloud experience. Strong hands-on expertise across both Azure (AKS, networking, IAM, monitoring) and AWS (EC2, EKS, IAM, networking). Proven track record of executing real-world cloud migrations. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Nice to Haves: Experience with multi-cloud strategies, consolidation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of cost optimization tools, strategies, and security/compliance in cloud environments. Exposure to platform engineering concepts. 3. DevOps Engineer AI / Agentic (MLOps Engineer) Must Haves: 7+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering. Deep expertise in Azure (AKS, networking, compute, monitoring) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to DevOps workflows. Proven experience with automation/scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM). Strong system design and architectural thinking. Nice to Haves: Experience with agentic frameworks, autonomous workflows, and AIOps platforms (Datadog AI, Dynatrace, etc.). Deep expertise in Kubernetes (scaling, observability, cost optimization). Experience in multi-platform environments (Azure + AWS). Background in platform engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
