Baptist Health is hiring a Support Service Coordinator Supervisor to join our Spiritual Services team in Jacksonville, FL. Support Service Coordinator Supervisor, Job Responsibilities: This role is a team lead for their team and assumes leadership responsibility in the absence of their supervisor. Maintains their regular job duties specific to the team but also works closely with their manager in providing mentoring and coaching to their team members. Responsible for onboarding and training of assigned new team members, implementing new trainings for their team, and participating in quality assurance measures for their team. The role also assists their manager with staff evaluations.
