Role Description This is a full-time, 100% remote role for a Therapist based in St. Paul, MN. The Therapist will conduct client assessments, provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, and ensure treatment plans align with clients' unique needs. They will maintain accurate and confidential client records, collaborate with other mental health professionals, and engage in community outreach programs to deepen the practice's connection with the populations it serves. The role requires clinicians to work with clients from diverse backgrounds in a culturally responsive manner.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills, including individual and group therapy, treatment planning, and client assessments
• Ability to provide trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
• Organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client records
• Team collaboration experience and engagement with diverse community outreach efforts
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Current licensure as a licensed mental health professional in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Experience working with diverse populations; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice
