Acquisition Engagement Specialist

Description As an Acquisition Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a high level of quality care and customer service. Your primary responsibility is to set firm appointments for potential patients, driving a high number of them to attend their scheduled appointments. This involves contacting potential patients via telephone and text, and responding promptly to their questions and inquiries with top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. You must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of customer service and appointment setting, including overcoming objections using call scripting and rebuttals.

Requirements

With a deep background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an independent contractor (deep understanding of the pros & cons involved in this industry). In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Sales. Strong, persuasive, and results-driven mindset. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Ability to master and effectively use call scripts and rebuttals. Proficiency with the Five9 Dialer and email management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with the team. Commitment to providing high-quality SALES service and patient care. A minimum 80 Mbps internet speed connection is a must.
