What You’ll Do

Qualify and convert high-value leads across multiple channels — inbound PPC, organic, referral, and repeat Build deep trust with clients while crafting seamless, high-end itineraries Use our proprietary AI tools to accelerate quoting, track feedback, and learn from every lead Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product to evolve the entire sales journey Hit revenue, satisfaction, and margin targets — then help us raise the bar again

What You Bring

2+ years experience in luxury travel sales or another high-stakes consultative sales role A track record of delivering both results and remarkable service Familiarity with AI tools, CRMs (we use HubSpot), and feedback-based iteration Strong written and verbal communication — polished but personal Cool head under pressure and sharp instincts for client psychology
