About the Role  

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our property investment business. This role is focused on sourcing investment properties for clients in the UK, analysing their potential, and coordinating with estate agents to move opportunities forward.

 

You will play an important role in helping us identify below-market-value deals and great investment opportunities, ensuring that our clients are presented with only the strongest options.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities  

Research and source property investment opportunities via UK property platforms (Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, auction sites, etc.). Conduct initial deal analysis (rental yield, ROI, BRRR potential, comparables, regeneration activity). Contact estate agents to enquire about properties, request additional details, and arrange viewings. Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and communications in the CRM system. Assist with preparing property research packs and due diligence reports for clients. Provide regular updates to the team and attend check-in meetings. Follow processes and instructions carefully, while also showing initiative when problem-solving.  

 

 

Skills & Requirements  

Excellent spoken and written English – confident, clear, and professional on the phone and email. Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with estate agents and team members. Analytical mindset – ability to review numbers, identify key investment metrics, and spot opportunities. Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts (e.g. property investment analysis tools). Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Confident using property platforms, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systems. Team player with a cooperative attitude, but also proactive and self-motivated. Reliable, punctual, and able to work within UK working hours when needed.  

 

 

Preferred (but not essential):  

Previous experience in property, real estate, investment, or research roles. Knowledge of UK property strategies such as Buy-to-Let, BRRR, flips, or serviced accommodation. Prior experience in a Virtual Assistant role.
