Instructional Designer for Engaging eLearning and Performance-Focused Training
We are a digital learning agency seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to transform complex subject matter into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong instructional design fundamentals with practical business thinking to create training that is not only well-designed, but also aligned to real performance goals. The right candidate understands adult learning principles, can structure content for clarity and retention, and is skilled at partnering with subject matter experts to turn raw information into meaningful lessons, activities, and assessments. We are looking for someone who can design learning that feels modern, engaging, and useful, not just informational. Ideal qualifications: Proven experience in instructional design for corporate, professional, or adult learning audiences Strong understanding of adult learning, learning objectives, and assessment design Ability to simplify complex topics without losing accuracy Experience working with SMEs and managing content review cycles Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as Articulate Rise 360 and/or Storyline Experience designing for LMS-delivered training is a plus Strong writing, organization, and communication skills Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
