Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain digital files and records, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and other engagements with clients and team members.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Monitor and respond to emails and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and data.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data management and scheduling processes.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a data file clerk, appointment setter, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software for data management and scheduling.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.
