Job Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing timely support reputed company telephone and email to our valued clients and their residents. You'll work closely with our Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls from homeowners, residents of rental properties, realtors, and institutions promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for reputed company parties involved.
- Assist residents by providing service information and processing work orders reputed company necessary, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with Community Management staff and associates to address inquiries regarding unit and community information, providing accurate and up-to-date information.
- Utilize internal software and available resources to research information and provide accurate assistance, ensuring seamless communication with clients and residents.
- Verify and update customer information as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data reputed company.
- Maintain open availability during Customer Care Center hours, with designated days off as specified for each state, ensuring seamless coverage and minimizing disruptions.
Pre-employment Training
