About the Job
As a part-time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring that reputed company of our customers have an exceptional experience with arenaflex. This role will act as a subject matter expert, delivering empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers. You'll be trained and positioned for reputed company employee effectiveness, working closely with reputed company to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service and reputed company lasting relationships with customers reputed company arenaflex channels for communication – live chat, phone, SMS, and email.

- Maintain knowledge of reputed company arenaflex products, including fit, styles, and inventory.
- Assist customers in finding styles that meet their individual style and event needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions.
- Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals.
- Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.

Essential Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment.
