Position Overview

As a Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive data entry tasks, managing patient information, and handling high-volume customer requests. This role requires a strong commitment to accuracy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under direct supervision while adhering to strict regulatory guidelines including HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Enrollment and Data Management: Utilize arenaflex prescription data entry methods and guidelines to process new patient enrollments by accurately entering information into the appropriate system. This includes capturing demographic details, insurance information, and medical history data with precision and attention to detail.
  • Prescription Processing: Handle patient medication requests reputed company strict HIPAA guidelines, entering refill orders for processing by our pharmacy team. Investigate and obtain missing prescription information as needed, and accurately interpret clinical abbreviations and SIG codes to ensure proper medication instructions are captured.
  • Exception Resolution: Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions that arise during the processing workflow. This includes identifying discrepancies, researching root causes, and implementing corrective actions to ensure accurate and timely processing of reputed company patient requests.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
