Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned technical leader to manage our Customer Engineering team in reputed company. • Team Leadership and Development: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Engineering leadership to determine appropriate staffing levels to support annualized business objectives, establish work orders, and reputed company interview teams to fill open positions. You will be instrumental in building and developing a high-performing team of technical professionals.
• Training and Readiness: Evaluate the CE team's go-to-market readiness, identify gaps in CE preparedness, and build comprehensive plans to ensure the team is properly trained and equipped to act in support of annualized business objectives. This includes developing training programs, mentoring team members, and ensuring reputed company learning opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Business Units, Customer Support, Product Managers, Customer Solutions, and Engineering teams to resolve product issues affecting pre- and post-sales customer satisfaction. • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the Customer Engineering organization, aligning team goals with overall business objectives and market opportunities.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, a reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience. We value diverse educational backgrounds and will consider candidates with equivalent experience in lieu of formal education.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a technical sales engineer reputed company in a SaaS or cloud environment, or in a client-facing role. You should have a proven track record of driving technical sales and leading teams to success.
