Compliance Testing Manager

Job Description:

• Design, manage, and execute the Compliance Assurance Plan.
• Drive the reputed company of our Compliance Independent Testing Team (CITT) through automation, data-driven monitoring, and modern control-testing practices.

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management to ensure technical rigor, consistency, and professional growth.
• Partner with Compliance SMEs, Legal, Technology, Product, and Operational leaders to ensure alignment between testing activities and business risks.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of compliance testing, audit, risk management, or regulatory experience from banking, payments, fintech, or consumer data organizations.
• 5+ years of people management experience, leading and developing compliance testing or audit teams.
• Expertise in regulatory frameworks such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act (GLBA), Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices (UDAAP), and other federal and state regulations applicable to consumer reporting agencies, payments, and financial data ecosystems.
• Experience with reputed company (Control Engagement, Control Review, documented control testing).
• Analytical expertise with the ability to evaluate data, understand technical processes, and translate reputed company findings into business friendly insights.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, reputed company, Law, or reputed company field.
