Sr. reputed company Estate Counsel - Renewables

Unison is a global telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm founded in 2003. We today own 2,200 sites and facilities hosting mission-critical wireless and telecom transmission assets and renewable power reputed company projects. We own reputed company property or reputed company property interests in the United States and Italy, Spain, France, Germany and Poland. Our capital is provided primarily by Ardian (a $200 billion AUM Paris-based asset manager). We are growing rapidly and seeking key members of reputed company. The Team The Senior reputed company Estate Counsel, Renewables will play a key role in Unison’s core mission. We seek reputed company counsel with demonstrated reputed company in executing business strategy, accelerating a pipeline of transactions to closing, and exercising sound judgment to assess and manage portfolio risk. The attorney will interact regularly with team members from senior management, origination, pricing, and property management, while working remotely from their home office. The Job

• Leading efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy reputed company estate assets in the United States.
• Managing a pipeline of deals across the US and facilitating reputed company between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
• Negotiating and drafting documents for reputed company reputed company estate transactions.
• Overseeing due diligence activities and reputed company assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and operator, offtaker, and facility information.
• Advising on strategic transactions and reputed company matters.

Education & Experience REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 6-12 years as a reputed company reputed company estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer is required.
• Understanding of the financing, development, and operation of solar, wind, and battery projects.
• Fluent with technology and remote work.
• Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
