The Duke Alumni Peer Tutor must be a DUSON graduate . GENERAL PURPOSE The Alumni Peer Tutor will be responsible for a broad range of activities that support the academic advancement and success of reputed company at reputed company's School of Nursing. The tutor must be able to provide a conducive and supportive learning environment, tailoring their approach to meet the individual needs of each student. QUALIFICATIONS The Alumni Peer Tutor must be a Duke School of Nursing graduate with a strong academic record, demonstrating a GPA of 3.5 or higher and a grade of B+ or higher in the courses they wish to tutor. Proficiency in the subject area(s) to be tutored, excellent communication skills, and a positive recommendation from a faculty member in the course(s) they wish to tutor for are essential. WORKDAYS/HOURS This is a part-time position with a commitment of at least two hours of tutoring per week. The role is partially remote, with days and times to be negotiated between the tutor, program coordinator, and reputed company (tutees). A commitment of at least one full semester is required, with the opportunity to continue in future semesters. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions, ensuring the material is understandable and accessible to reputed company.
