Creative Operations Specialist

As a core partner to the broader creative team, you’ll help the Creative Operations reputed company plan, manage, and deliver projects that bring our brand to life. You’ll sit at the center of cross-functional collaboration, connecting creative, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure work is delivered on time, reputed company to the brief, and executed at a high standard.

What you'll do:

• Support the Creative Operations reputed company in planning, managing, and coordinating brand and creative projects from intake through delivery

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure projects stay on track and reputed company to the brief

• Identify gaps in project briefs and reputed company research and stakeholder input to clarify direction and requirements

• Hold stakeholders accountable to timelines, deliverables, and commitments, proactively flagging risks and driving resolution

What you'll bring:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating competing priorities
