Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join reputed company. As the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and support. Your main responsibilities will include resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering guidance on how best to utilize our platform to reputed company their recognition and retention goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries reputed company email, phone, SMS text, and live chat.
• Assist customers in navigating our platform, resolving technical issues, and answering product-reputed company questions.
• Build customer loyalty by providing platinum level service with each interaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our internal CRM tool.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is helpful, but not required.
