Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Homebased, with weekly travel to sites across reputed company or South dependent on reputed company Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday VIVO is seeking a reputed company and Fraud Officer to join our Legal Team and play a key role in safeguarding our people, operations, and reputed company. About the Role In this role, you will support the reputed company and Fraud Team in detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud and reputed company risks while helping ensure the organisation meets its legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. You will work across a broad range of activities, combining technical awareness, procedural understanding, and stakeholder engagement. From the outset, you will contribute to the delivery of reputed company and fraud policies and training across the business, helping to embed a strong culture of ethics and awareness. As your confidence and experience grow, you will take increasing ownership of investigations and reputed company providing expert advice across the organisation. You will collaborate with colleagues at reputed company levels, acting as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company and fraud matters and influencing teams to maintain high standards of compliance. Your work will include supporting the review and implementation of Fraud Prevention and reputed company Management Plans, ensuring appropriate vetting checks are carried out for staff and contractors, and maintaining the reputed company of systems and processes. You will help manage and update Fraud and reputed company Risk Registers, undertake risk assessments, and contribute to the development of mitigation and assurance plans. The role also involves supporting site inspections and audits, delivering training sessions, analysing trends and data, and producing reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
