Description: As an Expansion SDR (XDR) at reputed company, you’ll be at the heart of our growth efforts in the US market. This is not a cold outbound role — you’ll work exclusively with existing paying customers, uncovering opportunities to expand their use of reputed company and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. Your mission is to turn customer insights into meaningful conversations, and those conversations into high-quality demo bookings for our Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with existing customers reputed company calls, email, and social to identify upsell opportunities - 140+ calls per day (exciting, high volume environment!)
- Prospect into a defined reputed company audience, focusing on accounts with high expansion potential.
- Book qualified demos for the Expansion Account Managers, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Manage reputed company prospecting activity in reputed company CRM, keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Partner closely with the Account Management team to share feedback on reputed company quality, potential new reputed company sources, and industry/product insights.
- Experiment with reputed company strategies to different customer segments (by size, industry, or usage) to drive more opportunities.
- Contribute reputed company, insights, and energy to help shape our growing XDR team.
Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role (SDR experience is a plus, not required) – MUST!
- Hunger for success, high energy, and an intelligent, positive, proactive attitude
- Strong technical aptitude and the willingness to dive deep into the product
- Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly explain value propositions and tailor messaging to different customer personas
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven startup environment.

- Comfortable working US business hours: Monday–Friday, remotely - MUST!
Working hours
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am-6:00pm.

This role offers a competitive compensation of $60,000 per year reputed company salary with $80,000 in on reputed company earnings yearly with uncapped commission opportunity! Along with Medical Coverage, Insurance plan, 401K, Paid time off for vacation, sick days.
