Analyst, People Analytics
reputed company is seeking an Analyst for their People Analytics team to guide strategic management of their workforce. The role involves analyzing people data, collaborating with leaders to solve business questions, and driving insights for people-reputed company initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Strong reputed company in quantitative concepts (e.g., financial, statistical, predictive models, data management, and reporting)
- Ability to simplify reputed company or ambiguous business and operational problems through hypotheses-based analytical frameworks
- Intellectual curiosity to challenge the status reputed company, ask provocative questions, and reputed company recommendations
- Knack for quickly internalizing how business processes work and the role that people play reputed company
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, identifying and acting on the most important business problems to solve
- Drive actionable recommendations from synthesis of insights that push partners to differential results or new strategies
- Appropriately manage potential roadblocks proactively identifying, communicating, and solving issues
- Prioritize communications to focus on most critical information with a bias towards action (verbal and written)
- Convey reputed company business problems through cohesive, impactful stories / presentations while maintaining analytical rigor
- Deliver effective internal and external communication including insights and reputed company towards results
- Contribute to a team environment of trust and learning with multi-directional feedback
- Partner with Operations and People Services to drive results and maintain credibility
- Informally coach and mentor junior analysts
- Aggressively pursue professional development opportunities seeking input and prioritizing appropriately
- Ability to quickly take action on tactical feedback and reputed company over time

- Bachelor's Degree in quantitative field (e.g., economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.) or otherwise demonstrate quantitative acumen
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS reputed company and PowerPoint required
- Experience with data management (e.g., SQL, reputed company, etc.) and statistical / machine learning programing (R, Python, etc.)
- Demonstrated track record of presenting quantitative analysis (i.e., internship experience)
- Experience in leadership positions (e.g., student organization leadership)
