Entry Level Sales/Recruiter
Fivos Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Recruiter/Sales Trainee to join their team. This role involves supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring initiatives, providing an excellent opportunity to build a career in recruitment and sales.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates through job postings, social media outreach, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & CRM
- Support team members in managing the hiring pipeline and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry hiring trends
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
